Constitution

• Official Club Motto: “So many books, so little time”
• Unofficial Club Motto: “Don't give away the ending...”
• Five officers.
• An election is required for positions with two or more interested parties.
• Officers may be elected instantly if only one person runs for the position.
• Book Club meetings are every Wednesday from 2:10-3:00 P.M. in room 333 (Mrs. Coulter), unless otherwise noted.
• Permission slips must be signed by parent or guardian prior to becoming an official member.
• All members must make an effort to read all books assigned.
• Members must attend at least half of all scheduled meetings.
• Participation of all members required.
• Book Club members must be in good standing with the school administration and the law.
• All new members have to be approved by three or more officers before joining.
• Consultation with sponsors and officers is required for all executive decisions.
